Payment & Cancellation Policy: One night room, taxes and fees are due at the time of reservation booking. If booking within 3 days of arrival, the full amount of the stay will be taken. In the event of a cancellation, up to 3 days (72 hours) prior to your arrival, a refund of your deposit less a $30 processing fee will be made. If cancellation notice is given less than 3 days (72 hours) prior to arrival, or if you fail to show for your reservation, there will be no refund for your advance deposit.
